We experienced a temporary delay in file processing due to a recent update to a vendor database connector. The issue has been identified, and we are currently reprocessing the affected files. DST Outbound File Delay

On March 9, 2026, we detected delays affecting three outbound files during the Daylight Savings Time (DST) transition. The files were delivered approximately one hour later than expected.

The issue was traced to a system timing condition related to the DST transition that impacted scheduled delivery.

Corrective actions were taken to restore normal timing behavior. All affected files have been delivered and systems are operating normally.

CSV Processing Delay

Between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM on March 8, 2026, four incoming CSV files failed to process and were not automatically flagged by the system. The issue was identified during routine Reliance team audit checks. Investigation determined the failure was caused by database row contention resulting from a recently implemented database backup process in March 2026 running concurrently with the file processor.
