Between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM on March 8, 2026, four incoming CSV files failed to process and were not automatically flagged by the system. The issue was identified during routine Reliance team audit checks. Investigation determined the failure was caused by database row contention resulting from a recently implemented database backup process in March 2026 running concurrently with the file processor. The affected files were retriggered for processing, and the associated data became available in the AHI EDI system at approximately 10:30 AM on March 9, 2026.
