The files were delivered approximately one hour later than expected. The issue was traced to a system timing condition related to the DST transition that impacted scheduled delivery. Corrective actions were taken to restore normal timing behavior. All affected files have been delivered and systems are operating normally. Investigation determined the failure was caused by database row contention resulting from a recently implemented database backup process in March 2026 running concurrently with the file processor. The affected files were retriggered for processing, and the associated data became available in the AHI EDI system at approximately 10:30 AM on March 9, 2026.
